The Land Supply Dashboard helps keep developers, councils and agencies up-to-date on land availability and rezoning activity across South Australia.

The dashboard:

  • displays land supply and development activity for Greater Adelaide
  • makes this data more timely, accessible, transparent and interactive through an online platform
  • supports the Growth and Infrastructure Coordination Unit in closely monitoring the release of land, ensuring the state grows and develops sustainably with the appropriate infrastructure in place
  • assists with implementing the state's Regional Planning Program, tracking and releasing land through rezonings as required.
